DELIVERY INFORMATION

Your package is dispatched by Correos postal service.

All packages will be sent “Certificado” which means that your delivery will be tracked.

Whilst I aim to send parcels to you as soon as possible, delays with the delivery service are out of my control.  I am extremely attentive to the tracking information.

Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of your parcel.

YOU MAY INCURR CUSTOM CHARGES UPON RECEIPT.  THIS IS OUT OF MY CONTROL!

Credit / Debit Card Payments

I accept all major debit and credit card payments.  Payments online are done through Stripe and I don't store any card details on file. 

Cash

For those living in or visiting Tenerife, it is possible to pay by cash, in euros, when buying products from me when visiting “Mosaics designed for you” and from my market stalls.

DAMAGED GOODS - RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at “Mosaics designed for you”. It has been a privilege to create your product from the initial designing stage and see it through to its completion.  I want you to love your purchase so if you are not completely satisfied, please let me know as soon as it arrives to you and I will work with you to make it right.

I stand by my unique and beautiful products.  However, should a product arrive damaged I will be willing to discuss the procedure in which part or all of the product could be replaced.

Once a decision has been agreed between “Mosaics designed for you” and the purchaser regarding how to proceed with a return of damaged goods, the following shipping procedure should be followed:

Return your damaged order by registered mail and with the C23 Customs Declaration form to : Karen Annette Parker, Calle El Almendro No 20, El Madroñal de Fañabe, Adeje, 38670, S. C. de Tenerife.

You may also need my NIE which will be provided to you in our correspondence.

“Mosaics designed for you” is not liable for any return postage costs.
